    Started out as a grocery store which started selling hamburgers. Hamburgers now the main business. Groceries still on the shelves for show. Used to be known as the best hamburger in Fort Worth, but quality has declined greatly over the last few years.

    I belive this belongs to the Union Pacific Railroad. Its called a hump yard because the rail cars go over a "hump" a hill, where they slowly slide down and go through a series of switches to connect to their trains.
